Paperscapes.

These pieces are all made of multiple layers of thick watercolour paper or board. All are designed to be wall hung, most are framed under glass with hand painted mouldings, the rest are fixed onto ply panels and painted and varnished for protection. Colours are minimally used except for occasional pieces.I use acrylic paints mostly or light fast inks.
I sometimes work on series with the same title but numbered according to the sequence of making. I am currently interested in 'Apertures' and 'Gaps', relating to landscapes, cliffs and contours on maps.
